Teleradiology
The radiology and IT staff at ARIA are knowledgeable in the design and set-up of teleradiology services from hospitals, imaging centers, and physician practice-based imaging equipment in a HIPAA compliant manner. We can provide primary interpretations, as well as second opinions/overreads.
In addition to our extensive MRI experience, we are fully trained in all area of diagnostic imaging. ARIA is able to provide a broad array of interpretations such as Ultrasound, including vascular ultrasound, Computed Tomography (CT), Nuclear Medicine, including Nuclear Cardiology, PET and PET/CT.
Consulting Services
ARIA’s experience and relationship with national and independent vendors, as well as national contractors allow for site development and equipment installation. We can consult on equipment selection and installation.

Saurin J. Shah, M.D.
Medical Director
Dr. Shah moved to Fort Myers in 2001 after completing his fellowship in Boston, MA and has been providing services to patients of Southwest Florida since that time. He founded Advanced Radiology Imaging Associates, LLC (ARIA), which began providing services in Fort Myers in December 2005, specializing in Musculoskeletal radiology and MRI.
Dr. Shah serves as Medical Director of ARIA’s new multimodality diagnostic imaging center located across from the Gulf Coast Hospital campus of the Lee Memorial Health System. Utilizing the latest technology, Dr. Shah oversees the performance of high quality diagnostic imaging with rapid report turnaround time. Dr. Shah provides accurate interpretations based on specialized fellowship training and professional experience.
